ORDERING INFORMATION
 To order, go to each product page, choose your product and click the "Buy Now" button. This adds the product to the shopping cart. You may change the quantity or delete the item by clicking “View Cart” link available at the top of every page. To checkout at any time click the “Checkout” link.
Normally, if we receive your order by 11:00 AM (EST) Monday-Friday your order will ship that same day. If not it will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Because of our quick order processing, please email me immediately if you have a change to your order. Make sure to include the order number when you email.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
You may pay for your order using:
- Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover
- Your PayPal account
- Personal Check (see special information when you check out)
Promotional Codes/Discounts
I offer substantial discounts to cancer patients. A special code is needed to receive these discounts. Please email me, briefly explain your situation, and I will send you a special code that gives you a discount on every product on this site.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
US ORDERS
Orders within the USA will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (preferred) or FedEX Ground*. Orders that subtotal $99.00 or more receive FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping. Orders over $149.00 receive FREE shipping on both USPS Priority and FedEx Ground*. (USA orders only.)
NOTE: Priority Mail is our preferred shipper and is normally much faster than FedEx Ground. For larger orders FedEx provides superior tracking and is preferred.
* All orders to Alaska, Hawaii or the US territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders will be shipped via USPS Express International at the following flat rates:
- International orders that total up to $200.00 ship for $28.95.
- International orders that total $200.01-$500.00 ship for $24.95.
- International orders over $500.01 ship for free.
You are responsible for knowing the import laws of your country. Any international order returned to us by the carrier will be refunded (less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee) and the return shipping charges will be charged to your account.
All international orders will be shipped as “merchandise” and not “gifts”; no exceptions.
* Delivery time is to Customs, not to your door. Time in Customs will vary. Once through Customs your order will either be delivered to you directly or will be notified for pickup..
RETURNS & REFUNDS
US RETURNS
Unopened bottles may be returned within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Any opened bottles sent to us will not be returned and no refund will be given. Unopened bottles must be in resellable condition and the safety seal must not be broken or removed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not accept returns on international orders. Please make certain that you order exactly what you need.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will not use the information you provide us for anything other than the processing of your order and contacting you occasionally with important information regarding our products or changes to our web site. We will not rent, lease, sell or give your information to anyone for any reason. Ever.
